So, first of all, I've put all the pictures in a separate place. The journal entries about the trip will be partially "and then I ate here and this is what I thought of this road" and partially some extrapolations from notes I took along the way (thoughts, impressions, etc). If you just want to see pictures and maps with minimal commentary, go here. :) I'm putting the pictures up one day at a time, because they take forever to upload, so it'll probably be the end of the week at least before all of them are up.
I'll start with the journal entries tomorrow; I'm really freaking exhausted. ;) So, make do with the pictures from day one for now, and I'll be back to explain them more later.
Oh, I should say that the trip rocked. I had a great time, met wonderful people, and saw some really awesome scenery. It's a bummer to be back in the smoggy valley and getting ready to go back to work tomorrow. :)
